Think we all expect weight loss to be in a straight downward slope, but it's not. I appear to have a drop, then it goes up again for the next few days, only to drop again but (hopefully) lower than the last 'drop'.

Just read Jason Fung's 'The Obesity Code'! Having recently officially just stepped over the line into being a diabetic, I'm now on my way to rid myself of this horrid disease!
223.3 lb Lost so far: 8.2 lb.    Still to go: 47.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Diet Calendar Entry for 07 August 2020:
1316 kcal Fat: 95.29g | Prot: 86.33g | Carb: 23.91g.   Breakfast: Egg, HP Fruity Sauce, Tesco Unsmoked Streaky Bacon Rashers, Heck 97% Pork Sausages. Dinner: Cornstarch (Corn Flour), Broccoli, Brussels Sprouts, Roast Beef (Lean Only Eaten). Snacks/Other: Strawberries, Tesco Black Kale, Double Cream, Cravendale Whole Milk. more...
