I ate a kiwi for the breakfast and for the lunch I ate a vegetables soup without potato. So I have just eaten 118 cals till now! I'm feeling pretty good with myself! I have been occupied all this morning so I didn't have must time to think that I was hungry. However, I believe the afternoon is going to be harder because I'm staying home... Anyhow I must do this the right way!
