ok, my number on IT (scale) this morning was 166.8 but I'm not officially posting it until Saturday morning when I'll the list the average for the week also. I'm so glad to see the little drop and that I'm feeling physically good. I'm tellin-ya yesterday I was sooooo tempted to just throw in the towel (at least for the day) and give in & stop at the store, load up on 'not on my woe' food & drink also the liquor store for more liquid 'no-nos' BUT for some reason I talked myself out of it, even though 'myself' was trying to talk myself into it! But another day of disaster has been avoided, at least for this day, for this moment in time during this crazy journey of mine :-) I'm going on a quick bike ride before it gets too hot or 'myself' talks me out of it! Hope ALL is well in FS-Land and take care to ALL :-)
