I spatchcocked a chicken and made a rub and hubby smoked it on our traeger scout smoker. So juicy and delicious. #Ilovesmokedmeats!

@Moo, yes it only took 1.45 hrs to cook verus 3 hours if whole! I made chicken broth with back bone and giblets to use later this week. 😋

@lgieroff, newname, we have a full size traeger at home and a smaller one called a scout that we take with us when we go RVing. It came out so juicy and tender!
