Yesterday for dinner, I really had Ma La Chicken from the China Restaurant, but I can't find it on here anywhere. I found it on My Fitness Pal and it was around the same amount of calories as the chicken la Madeline that I chose to put on my diet calendar last night. I will add it to here though when I am somewhere with a better internet connection. I have lost 4 pounds this week and I am happy about that!
