Well, it's Sunday morning, and I have yet to get my workout for the day. Thinking about yesterday's food entries, and I didn't think out the day very well. I didn't need the glass of wine at lunch, knowing that I would have more later. And I probably shouldn't have had steak at lunch knowing that I was having steak for dinner as well.

I did fairly well with the amount of carbs and but am up 1.2 from yesterday. To be down for the week though, I need to be down 1.5 if not more.

I feel like I am never going to break 149! That would take 2 pounds between today and tomorrow. If I eat no carbs today, that might happen, but to eat no carbs is almost impossible, and it would only be water weight probably. Plus I have my girlfriend's birthday party tonight.

I diden't get to start my P90X this past week either. Schedule just didn't allow. I've got to start tomorrow, but to do that and run? I've got to think about how to implement these together.

Well, off to get this day going. Make it a great one!
