Need to lose weight because at this point I am pre diabetic. I am watching my sugar and my carbs. I try to keep a record of everything I eat. Sometimes it's a struggle to find the nutritional makeup of some food in an easy manner. I am searching in many different sites on the Internet. I need to especially locate the carb value. Anyone have one book that could be recommended. I ordered a few from Amazon but they are not great and have too little information. I now saw a few other books on Amazon and am looking to see which will be the best
