I've got a 4 day weekend starting today!

I'm got to go out for a 4 mile run at some point today, and I'd like to get in an additional session of Core Synergistics or Cardio X. I'm going to try to get in 2 a day for each day off, a bit ambitiouis, but I am motivated!

Been feeling pretty good this week given that this is supposed to be TOM. I say supposed to, because I'm on Yaz and it doesn't always happen, although the symptoms do. Surprisingly though, I'm down when I thought I would be up in weight! So Monday is looking like I might lose another lb!

These last 10 lbs are the absolute slowest, most stubborn things to go! I feel kind of ok-ish about it since I've lost about a lb a week, but I just want it to be gone already so I can go into the next phase before maintenance. I think I will do some research this weekend on changing your set point. I'll share what I find out. It's been a while since I've looked into it, since my personal training days actually, which was a long time ago! So I'm sure there is a lot of new info out there.
