3 lbs! WHOO HOOO! The first days I usually see progress. Then....I get too pleased with myself and gain. I gotta stay on track. It is hard. I can't worry, I got to figure our a plan of action.

same problem here,,,,,,I lost 3 lbs this week, but usually, I see a good weight loss the first week and figure I can cheat a couple times,,,,,,, not good LOL I have determined I won't do that this time,,,,,cheating is for special occasions only,,,,,,Hanukkah, Christmas, birthday,,,,

don't cheat! the first weeks are always generous and we lose weight because we lose a lot of water and our body reacts to the change. But keep it up! THAT'S the challenge to lose weight! You can do it!
