Do you weigh yourself every day? Every other day? Twice a week? Once a week?
I'm feeling like I'm doing everything right with regards to eating. I do weigh every day, which may be bad, but I like to see what the day's eating had an effect on.
I am getting frustrated that the scale is not moving though!!! I know better than to think this. I used to be a personal trainer for goodness sake! Of course, I was also in my mid 20's and anything I changed -eating or exercise- had an affect, not so much now.
I've just got to keep stepping it up. I'm committed to start P90X this week in addition to running 3x a week. I know that might result in no change in the scale due to the change in muscle to fat ratio, but I should see it in the bf% changing. One can only hope!
