Ok so I haven't been following my diet at all and I plan to go to vegas in 3.5 months and want to wear my bikini again. So here I go again I plan on dieting and sticking to it this time. I fell off the wagon for the dieting for a few months and it is time to get back on track. So wish me good luck :)
