Gained a little bit today. Was expecting more actually I'm not concerned about it. Just re-hydrating from a lot of exercise.

Got some crazy BP readings last night. Will have to keep an eye on that and talk to the doc if I get those consistently.

Awesome ride during lunch today. Averaged just under 16mph for 20 miles. Third day in a row of riding and was my strongest day yet.

BP was really low last night. Took it twice for an average of 115/50. Will put some new batteries in my BP monitor and try it at different times during they day. I'm on medication for it so it may need to be adjusted. I've never seen numbers that low before from that monitor.

For most those numbers are good to great. But if you have long history of hypertension and your "normals" are much higher I get your concern.
