Today's weight lifting workout: 300 push-ups (30 X 4, 25 X 3, 20 X 4, 15 X 1, 10 X 1). That's gonna hurt.

Holy Moly! I'd be thrilled to do 10 push ups w/o wincing:) Looks like you've been doing great - I bet it feels good to get past those little plateaus...
