ok, still the 1 pounds BUT I feel good...So I'll keep on keeping on! At least for now!
I spoke with the health guy about the diet and supplements, just briefly as he does a radio talk show and had other callers and subjects to cover. I'm seeing him for a one on one consultation next Wednesday (no charge just my time and travel, next town over not far). So I'll keep with the plan until then and decide after talking with him 1/1 if it is going to work. HOPEFULLY it will work before then! I'm did the Fast-5 today and seemed easier today than Monday. I might meet some friends for lunch tomorrow but we are going someplace that has plain chicken and vegies which will work with my plan.
One thing that has me concerned though is after talking with the Health guy (going to call him HG for short from here on end)and also things that I hear about our food we buy in the stores and also the food at restaurants is some meats are so pumped full of hormones, additives and other not so good stuff and the vegies are treated with pesticides and other not so good things that eating stuff like that can do things to our bodies and also cause us to gain weight/fat and not loose. EEEKKK, so I try to buy hormone free meats and seafood, and some organic vegies/fruits (can't do it all the time too expensive and I can't afford it) BUT now he told me that some stores mark things preservative free & organic, etc BUT they are not! So how can stores do ??? So what can we eat?????
It gives me a headache just thinking about it. There is just so much I can do, at least I cut out sugar and dairy so that must help me some, right?
