I'm wondering if I'm eating too much. 1600 cals a day is a battle.
I seem to lose more if I eat less. I'm dropping to 1400 just this week. I start a new challenge on Sunday, to lose 5% of my body weight in 4 weeks. Which is 203 x 0.05 = 10.15 ÷ 4 weeks = 2.54lbs/week. Oh boy!
