I was finally able to relax after that crazy weekend I had. This month is going to be super busy too. I'm going to try to journal and enter my food as much as possible but it will be difficult. My goal is to stay off the pc as much as I can this month. Sure, I've got the Fat Secret app but with 2 vacations this month, I won't be near my phone. I just gotta do the best that I can. =)

In other news, I'm still doing part of the Shaklee 180 system. I have slimmed down and feel great! The scale hasn't moved but I'm building muscle so no worries. I'm still drinking the Shakes and taking their Mega Boost vitamin daily. I also found that the Meal Bars are nice for quick on the go meals... otherwise I try to eat a salad or something Healthy. I don't want to rely heavily on this system so I'm trying to mix healthy eating habits with the plan. It seems to be working.
