Anyone else have days where you are hungry, but don't actually feel like eating?
Nothing 'healthy' seems appetising. I want toast with loads of butter and marmite or a big dollop of mashed potatoes with onion gravy . . . instead I've had crab sticks and a yogurt ☹

Yes I would say eat lots and lots of fruit because we crave these high carbohydrate foods because we run of glucose. If you eat lots of glucose rich fruit all day then this will help!

Bread makes me pile the weight on, I try to avoid it as much as possible! My appetite is just rubbish at the moment, I'm getting hungry, but just don't fancy anything, it's really weird!

Gillyfizz, yes no cravings as such, when I did gave them, it was for oranges, strawberries and mint chocolate! Now I just don't particularly fancy anything, other than 'fat food's. I am eating regularly, just not enjoying what I'm eating particularly!
