Today will be counted as one of those "free days" I started recording entries. I counted my breakfast which was greek yogurt pancakes, watermelon, and farmer john ham steak cooked in diet coke and brown sugar. Before I left I had 2 slices of the raisin toast with I can't believe it's not butter and I got some more watermelon. Then we ended up at Buffalo Wild Wings and I had a black bean burger with tomato, lettuce, pepper jack cheese, bacon, and chili. I meant to ask for a side salad but got fries which I ate a couple but mostly steered clear. At the movie I hate a little over half of a small popcorn. I ended up with a chai tea which I drank maybe half of (it got cold). I ate a few of his chocolate covered raisins. On the way home I ended up with a bag of sweet potato popchips which aren't bad, and a low calorie snapple peach tea (5 calories per every 12 ounces). As far as further exercise, we ended up walking to the movie theater which he said was a mile. So I walked 2 miles. One way downhill and the other way uphill. Hopefully that burned off something? Tomorrow need to get back on track, next free day will be probably Thursday.
