Couldn't eat my full daily calories today. Only managed 1253 out of 1600. What with meetings and crazy telephone calls. The way I eat has also changed, I need to eat small but often. I hope everyone has had a good Monday.

I hear ya....I've had two days of not eating my full cal intake and I can feel my stomach shrinking to the point where I'm not hungry most of the day. Not sure if that's a good thing or not.

Hi Buddy,
I wish my stomach would shrink. I'm finding more and more that while I watch TV I nibble. It's turning into a bad habit!!
