Ugh. Where to begin? Well I was going well on Atkins, phase 1, and then when I transitioned to phase 2 my fat ass gained back DOUBLE of what I lost - 187. No Joking. So I fiddled around with it trying to find a diet that works and a workout that works and I *think* I've done it. I dropped to 179 simply by adding more proteins and liquids to my diet. I do Yoga twice a week. A Tone and Sculpt class and one other random work out for the week. I look better and I feel this weight loss sticking! BTW I tried weight watchers....total waste of money!
179.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.2 lb a week
