I'm not going to track while I'm on vacation but I will provide updates via journal entries. I weighed myself this morning and I weight 198 so I've gained a pound. Yesterday I did kickboxing for 40-45 minutes and for breakfast I had biscuits and gravy with 1/2 side of sausage and a scoop of cookies and cream ice cream from Jack's. For lunch I had a caesar salad with a side of bleu cheese dressing, a lobster pot pie, some shrimp and scallop linguine, broccoli, a cheddar bay biscuit and a 1.5 glasses of peach tea from red lobster. I didn't eat all of the linguine or the pot pie, nor all of the salad dressing. They give you two side cups and I didn't even finish the first little cup. Then as a late night snack I had half of a polish hot dog with a bunch of onions, ground beef, mustard and ketchup on it, a daiquiri (16 oz?), and I made myself and alcoholic drink with peach juice and peach vodka which I only took 2 sips out of to try it while I was making it. Today I walked on an incline treadmill for 35 minutes and did relaxation/flexibility yoga for 17 minutes. For breakfast I went to the waffle house and had grits, cheese eggs, grilled chicken breast, and raisin toast with strawberry jam. Then I went to Mcdonald's for a small fry. I'll fill in the rest of today as the day goes along. It's only like 5 so I'm sure there will be more food tonight since we're suppose to go and hang out later. I'll finish the rest of todays activity and food in either a journal entry tomorrow or the day after.
