Wow, just haven't felt like journaling lately. Not much going on...trying to get back to that nice 130 I saw the other day. And then drop further. I think I'll reassess at the 125 - probably to 122. I know, three pounds isn't a big difference, but that's about where I think I need to end up. Haven't gotten on the scale, but I know... Today was a good day for calories and for exercise, though. It was only a Recovery Day for Insanity, so not a lot of calories burned there...but went shopping and did a major shopping trip at Costco again. All that lifting and carrying and putting away, back and forth to the garage for the groceries, making dinner, etc...should end up being fairly close to 2700 calories today. Too bad I spend so much money just to burn calories! :) Still hot here...can't wait for some Fall weather...maybe in a couple of weeks. Maybe tomorrow I'll take a tip from Klannoye and put some JOY into cleaning this house. It REALLY needs it. Having a hard time drinking enough water lately. Trying to make up for it now, but that's not a great idea!

RWL, I know what you are going through. I felt like that for the last few weeks, also. Just wasn't feeling the oomph! I see that you weighed and got that 130. Congrats!! I thought that fall was almost here, but this week it is back in the 90's! Got the pool closed today, so that's the end of another season! Off to bed! Hope that the rest of your evening is wonderful.

Hi ctlss...I think I cheated there. I was just filling out the challenge questions and since I didn't weigh myself after Sat., I just left the weight alone! I probably WON'T record again until I'm either there or lower...lol... Are you sad to have closed the pool, or are you looking forward to Fall? I can't wait to go hiking again...soon, I hope. And it'll be really interesting to see how my endurance has changed over the last three months or so. Take care, hope the hubby's birthday was fun.

Hmmm what will it take to get you out of this funk? A tequilla star crunch cookie? Maybe an amaretto coffee cake? Of course these would all be healthy versions that still taste delicious. Yes, no, maybe? :)

OMG- I think we're too close. My journals....yea nothing FUN to report. ha ha. My water intake? Forcing it. My mood...eh there. HA HA HA. WE NEED TO SNAP OUT OF THIS GIRL!!!!!!! lol Yes find the JOY in cleaning. I cranked music....and THOUGHT I was enjoying it....and I kinda did. It is SO nice when it is DONE ( like it is ever REALLY done).....ahhhhh. SO......WE MUST hoo doo voo doo ourselves out of this. ( actually I AM cheeriy today....) ha ha.

Youngbug...hmmm... a tequila star crunch cookie, maybe, but hold the star crunch cookie! :D Oh, I guess that probably wouldn't work. Even if some brilliant chemist figured out how to lower the calories in alcohol, it'd still be difficult to make it "healthy"! Eww...could you imagine vitamin fortified wine, or tequila, or beer?? Yuck. Okay, pass me the cookie. No, wait...jumped on the EVIL scale this morning...should NOT have done that.

Klannoye...send your cheerfulness - or better yet - yourself here! I don't know why the funk...no reason. Another day...things should be bright and sunshine-y... Maybe AFTER the coffee. No complaints - well, other than the stupid, evil, rotten, lying bastard of a scale. Whew! Okay, NOW I feel better. Guess I just had to fling some mud. Hope no one got any on them.

RWL sorry you are in a funk. I know how that goes. You are doing so awesome and almost at your goal! Don't drop out of sight when you get there. We all need you here. My goal weigh is 130.

Hope today is a better day. Some days that horrid Thing in the bathroom is our worst enemy, then the next - when it gives us good news - it's our new best friend! Isn't that what friends are supposed to do? Always tell us the truth, whether we like it or not? On second thoughts, I'm a fan of constructive white lies and positive reinforcement.
