all looking good. i only ate about 15-20goldfish last night and didnt eat anything at ginnies opening. i am finding it more and more easy to choose not eating. i probably an hearing the tapes in my head. havent listened to them in a week and woukd find it useful to get back to them.
in spite of eating too much at womens grouo i seem to have settled back down in the groove. wt today is reassuring and satisfying. i know loosing wt quickly like nell would be like a dream i also know i can do it gradually and will have the same ultimate stisfaction. so, again, 1-2#/wk is a great accomplishment and will be an enormous loss over time. it is only 5 weeks until i am in OR. that could be a 7-10# loss which would be definitely in onederland.
there is always the possibility that i will begin riding my bikesoon and that would mean possibly a greater loss. as mother used to say dont count your chickens......
well see where i am on monday at official weigh in. so far 7# in about 3.5 wks. i dont know if i could loose another # over the wkend, if so that would be an average of 2#/wk, not bad. i know i will be doing a lot of yard work in the next week so that may help
