Ok, so I'm doing the squat challenge for the month of June. But I forgot to start on Saturday! Day 1 you do 50 squats, day 2 is 55 and day 3 is 60. So, I did the 60 squats yesterday. Today is a rest day and tomorrow is 70 squats. By the end of June I should be doing 250 squats! We'll see how that goes.
Hope to go for a run at lunch time today. Tonight we're off to the farm to load another load of hay. The little guy will be super happy about that! Hanging out with the tractors again!

Do you do all your squats at once or break it up through out the day?

I did 3 sets of 20. I did them while doing other exercises. So I did 20 squats, followed by 12 pushups, and then 20 crunches, then repeat the circuit 2 more times! But I think by the end of the month when the number of squats is getting in the higher numbers, I plan to break them up thru the day!
