couldn't last for ever must not think of this as a failure and reason to give it all up. nothing else has changed. my job is still to not east . eat mindfully not give in to spurious feelings of hunger.
206.6 lb Lost so far: 9.6 lb.    Still to go: 6.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
