I have a junk food hang over, literally feel ill! Been awake for hours in the night, feeling sick and tummy ache, had to sleep sat up due to terrible acid reflux. So now I'm sat here, feeling heavy, gross and sick, thinking, was it really worth it? And you know what? It REALLY wasn't!! Today I will have an extra light day with food, if I can actually stomach it and next time, I won't be such a greedy pig and I'll go for the healthy options and avoid cheesecake and chocolate 🤢🤢🤢

Thank you Kitch. Yeh I'm good now, felt absolutely terrible last night and ended up in the maternity unit last over concerns about the baby, but all is well! No more big pig outs for me, I just can't handle them!!

Awwwww the old wives would say “you’re eating for two!”
To be honest my problem with food has been pig outs. I just don’t know when to stop. Conversely I can imagine I will have the same problem when I hit target and maintain.
