I tried a new machine at the Wellness center today and it was extremely difficulty. IT is the Precor AMT machine that simulates running but is easy on the knees. I only made it on there for 9 minutes today... I plan to work toward 30 minutes on this while keeping a long stride.

Good 4 u!!! Do what u can and at ur own pace. I think I will join a gym sometime nxt month. Trying 2 find the right 1.
