All in all a good day. Though I was dissappointed that I didn't eat more veggies today. I really should have made a salad for dinner as well as the steak and rice. At least the soup I had at lunch had veggies in it.

Didn't get to the gym today or yesterday. I was letting my muscles heal up from the stress i've been putting them under. I think I strained my lower abdominal muscle the other day. It's alot better today and I was wanting to hit the gym this afternoon and walk 1-2miles if nothing more streneous. Jules wasn't feeling good though. I think she's got the last of the pointy teeth cutting. Should be up in the next couple of days. But she always runs low fevers with them and they make her cranky. And on top of that she doesn't want to be far away from me at all when she's not feeling good. And usally in my arms or lap. I did manage some time on the balance ball today, housework while she napped in the afternoon, and I danced my azz off in the bathroom while she played in the tub. It was alot of fun and she kept looking at me like I was crazy. lol.

If the monster is feeling up to it tomorrow we'll go walking in the park. Might take the big stroller and attempt to strap her in it. lol. Not sure how much luck I'll have with that, but it's worth a try. If it was a little cooler I'd go to the park right before she took her afternoon nap and just push her stroller til she passed out and then walk for the next 1-2 hours with her in it. Another month or so and I'll be able to.

Goals for tomorrow: Eat a salad at one meal, get my reccommended dose of fiber and protien in for the day, and do at least 30mins of cardio. (walking, dancing, or workout dvd)

I'd say that considering you're dealing w/ a teething child (not one of the funnest times w/ kids), you did pretty damn good! Esp dancing while she was in the tub! That's so great. You got a workout & she got entertainment!! = )

lol Thanks Shay. XD She's better this morning, but the tooth hasn't popped out yet. :( She's been running her tongue over it like crazy though. lmao She kinda looks like a lizard flicking their tongue in and out. ^.^ The dancing was fun. I'm still not sure if she was entertained or wondering how to get help because Momma went crazy. lol.
