Day 1 is almost complete. I feel great and not hungry at all. I did discover that I had been fooling myself though. I am a gum junkie at work. I would chew 2+ packs of sugar free orbit gum every day. I never even thought about adding in the carbs because I thought they would be sugar alchohols and that those don't count in low carb. Well, today I decided that I was going to commit to log EVERY SINGLE THING that I put in my mouth. Low and behold...one pack of sugar free gum contains 14 carbs. OH MY GOD...I guess I'll be giving up the gum...or at least only chew 1-2 pieces per day. :-0
