💀💀... I hurt all over... but I did it 🥴💦. I walked slowly literally for 8 hours at work and then went to the gym and walked for another hour (9 hours) and it took me walking around another hour for meal prep (10 hours total)... speaking of which!

🤗💗 Here's another meal prep I did for my brother for this coming week. He's very excited. 😂

2: Containers with English Muffin and Homemade Pulled Pork.
2: Containers with Peas and 2 thin cut chicken breast (lightly dusted with shake and bake) and peppered gravy.
2: Containers with mixed veg, cauliflower potatoes, 2 drum sticks, and peppered gravy.
2: Containers with 45 Cal bread and Homemade Pulled Pork (8oz, 450 cal)
2: Containers with sandwich, 2 eggs, and 6 pizza rolls.

He really wanted pizza rolls.

I hope everyone has enjoyed their weekend and had a great valentines day! Till next time!

Out of curiosity, how well do these keep? I think this is a good idea I’m just wondering if the bread goes stale or soggy or any of the pre prepped food goes bad. Does he have to eat them in a certain order?

@zedgardner. My brother said that it's pretty good, and I usually go for food that I know will last a week. If he has a couple that are "time sensitive" then he'll eat those first. I found out that boiled eggs soften bread, so I have to separate the bread and boiled eggs. We also usually pair the lowest calorie one with a the highest, since he eats 2 a day, so that he comes out at near his calorie limit.

Well done on the steps and the meal prep! You're quite busy! Ten hours of walking is a lot, you're good!

Wow, how long did it take you to prepare all of this? Hope your brother appreciates the effort.

Congratulations, you're doing great! What a fantastic sister you are, that's a lot of meal prep work. Good that you two are on this journey together, keep up the good work.

@Ireland, thank you 😭💦💗

@Andy_FRG, it took about an hour. I had made the pulled pork the day before for family dinner, so that was already done, and he made his sandwiches. He does 💗💕🤗

Wow that is a ton of walking!! You are a very sweet sister!

You are doing fantastic. Lesson I learned the hard way, be prepared to get new shoes or at least new inserts every 100-200 miles. That's about 2-3 months for me at ~130miles a month, but it's not just your feet, it's your knees, your hips, etc., and you don't have to be "old" for this to matter, it matters now.

And wow, I'm only at 76 miles for February, you're kicking my butt! Awesome!
