Yesterday's weigh-in was erroneous... the wrong Day!

Would have only weighed 152 had I stayed on program yesterday, but I threw all caution to the wind and overate like a maniac!

I know it was due to discouragement, depression, and disappointment...

I must keep closer track of which day it is; and not let my emotions so directly correlate to my food intake... at worst, I should only 'slip' for one meal... NOT the WHOLE DAY! Next time be more in control! Go over questions... ? closer to goal or further from it? etc...

This week, I will get my MP3 player and I can work out walking 5 miles daily [hopefully my back will be better so I can start on Monday [tomorrow] ? whether it will be or not....

Lesson Learned Notes taken... apply to next time...

You will do it. Good thing it is a new day today. Hope you will feel better by tomorrow. We all get discouraged, disappointed and depressed. So glad you said so. Sorry it has been tough lately! Come on here and share it before hand. Maybe it will help. I hope. I am trying to get it out ahead of time, too before the food monster gets me. Happy New Day! Sally
