I need an Android app for workouts, something free (or inexpensive) without ads or promos that's simple, but effective? Suggestions? Just using two dumbbells for now at home. Maybe, I'll join a gym down the road, if I actually stick with this.

fitnessblender.com was recommended on another feed a couple days ago and it looks pretty interesting. They have both free videos and a paid program.

No suggestions for apps, but I will say I'm super happy I joined a planet fitness. I was spending soooo many hours a day and week walking, and when it was too awful outside to enjoy being in the weather, I switched things up. I'm trying to get in five days a week. Today I ran because it was so beautiful out and skipped the gym. Anyway, I am so much stronger and I feel a ton better than just when I was walking those 40 miles a week. Even though I was fit and had great endurance, the muscle building has gone a long way to making me feel more stable and far less likely to hurt myself.
