I have been dragging a little bit. But yesterday I went walking for about 17 min at work. Then my friend Courtney called me. She is on a mission to lose weight also. So I got my kids together and went to the track/ park with her. We did a mile and 1/2. It was a good walk. We are planning to go to the gym today. I'm glad she called me because I just felt like losing weight was getting to hard, and I was feeling bad because I could have made more progress last week. So I'm glad she called and we plan to work out together Mon, Tue, Thur, Friday, and Sunday. Accountability is just what I need.
