Yesterday's lesson.. Put the body on autopilot and allow the brain to absorb music.
It's what I did and then ended up walking approx 5 miles!
Who wanted to waste the sunshine? Not me.
Who wanted to be mentally rid of all the doctors appointments? ME
Who wnated to feel the pavement being pounded under my feet while music filled my ears? ME
I also smiled a lot, even with unkind thoughts towards a person I smiled.
I was able to tell myself that I was not hungry and it was just thirst. Doubled up on the fluids.
It's all a balancing act.. Hell I even told the doctor the truth about so many things it was not even funny!!
Another sunny day forecasted! Let's see if I am on a roll!!!
