I want to have lost another 20 pounds since my last vacation. So far I've lost 14. So that means I have 45 days to lose 6 pounds. In order to lose a pound that would be 3500 calorie deficit? So 3500 * 6 = 21,000 calorie deficit. So if I was to keep a steady daily deficit of 1400 calories then I would lose the 6 pounds ideally in 15 days which should technically mean that in 45 I could lose 18 pounds but I'm not going for that. 1400 calorie deficit is sometimes a little hard especially on days I have to go to school and can't work out. If I drop that deficit by 200 pounds to 1200 per day then it would take 17 days and in 34 days ideally I could lose another 12 pounds. So I think for the next 45 days I will concentrate on strength exercises primarily with my cardio sprinkled in and somewhere between 1200-1400 calorie deficit a day. So about 1300. Starting today.
