CATASTROPHE!
I fell into the shower/tub this morning and conked my head a good one! What a SPLITTING headache! But THAT'S not the WORST thing....
I PIGGED OUT last night! [Got into the sugar free candy and frozen Greek yogurt!] It was during that time period when I'm usually sleeping, so I guess my 'logic' dictated that it 'wouldn't really count!' WRONG!
Oh well, just another bump in the road of life... I HAVE learned my lesson, though, and won't fall into THAT trap again!
I really don't mind if I 'stall at the scale' this week; because at least I'll know why...and as long as I pick myself up and dust myself off, I'll be just fine to keep on keepin' on!
