I agree, mine was 3365 and that’s maintenance. I’m averaging about 800-1000 less than that currently. 🧐

Mike, yep. I always fall into a deficit, even with 4000+ cals, because of activity. People ask me - what do you eat to ride 50+ miles everyday - Any Dam Thing I want :)
