A couple of things.. I went to nutritionist and weight was ok but measurements..well let's just say that arms n legs ok but tummy..added 2.4 inches..yikes. It's all that German stollens bread I made and tasted..lol
CPPD(autoimmune disease) is better in hands. I can finally do bicep curls with 15lb weights again. I have also been doing a workout called a pyramid. Tough but it works those muscle groups hard. 1st time I did back,chest, and shoulders. The next day I couldn't open fridge..I still hit gym 6 days a wek..CPPD has now settled in my hips and is very painful. Some days I can barely walk. I found that walking on treadmill helps loosen the joints . I started taking collagen powder as I heard it helps lubercate the joints. It also has protein so a plus and maybe it will help my " old lady" skin..😆
Oplus side, went to heart Dr to have pacemaker checked. Even though one of attennas still isn't working, the lower one is and is communicating ok with heart etc. It will need to be addressed at some point but they are hoping to wait till I need a new battery,which is in 4-5 years. I'm pacing at about 89% which is alittle high. That means my heart beats only 11% on its own..
I also want to give a shout out to all my FS friends who support me and give me advice and encouragement. It has been a blessing to get to know all of you. 💜🥰😘
