Omg!! That is incredible!! Wow your self control must be at another level to be able to stick to the low calorie plan and be able to lose all that weight. Was the 1500 calorie intake enough to lose weight or did u have to exercise along side that? Sorry for the many questions I'm just inspired by your achievement.

I don't exercise, just the odd walk with the kids now and again.
An average days food would be
Breakfast = 2 weetabix with semi skimmed milk and a banana.
Lunch = homemade soup.
Tea = diced lean beef slow cooked in stock, with carrots, broccoli and swede.
Snack = fruit. Breadsticks. Melon.
