I think I hit my first plateau... Weight staying steady with minor fluctuations, yet not dropping for a week now. Kinda frustrating, but I had a feeling this would happen. Need to up my protein and lower the carbs a bit. On the plus side, I have a LOT more energy and starting to be able to exercise more!
