Yesterday a.m. I decided to weigh after I got out of the shower, I had done some stuff that a.m., but I did not think it was enough to equal the kind of difference I saw this morning. I was shocked when I stepped on the scale and there was another 1.2lbs. gone! I am very pleased with this, I just did not expect it. I told my wife that today and she said that she has done that in the past and it never makes a difference. I just know that I like it. I have to keep on doing what I have been doing. FS told me to lose one pound a week my daily intake should be 2400 cal. I took that down to 1900 a day and make sure I at least do 15 minutes or more (usually more, but I last night in Aikido and I am very tired today).
