I can't believe it! I actually worked out twice today!!! Compared to my normal routine, this is big! I feel pretty good too. I'm still cooling down, but wow. No one said exercise is fun, but man, I rather enjoyed doing, especially since my walk had a purpose.

I'm house sitting for my friend's parents this weekend and coming week. I had to go by their house to make sure my keys were in working order and to make sure the dog knows my son's and my scent, plus to go over a few things. They only live a few blocks from here, so I decided instead of packing Owen into the car, I'd take the stroller, put on my walking shoes, and enjoy a brisk walk to their house. They were amazed that I walked that far (only about a 12 minute walk from my house, and i was walking rather quickly, only because 1 street on our trip was a little sketchy). So to say, I walked there, and walked back and feel pretty good about it too. They say if you have a purposeful walk, then it makes it more worth it, or something, like running to the store for a milk and such.

Hopefully, with this day of some decent exercise, my weigh in tomorrow won't let me down. It was up this morning, but I think my body was still in "detox" from my friend's house stay.

Man, I know I should have had some veggies with dinner tonight, but I just wanted some tuna. Oh well.. will make up for it tomorrow.

**Update 8:52PM: I've found an absolute new FAVORITE dessert.. "Chocolate mousse"... Sugar free double chocolate pudding (60 calories) and 2 tablespoons of light whipped topping.. OMG!! Such an AWESOME reward for my day, and I so deserved it..lol

Isn't the exercise "high" just great! The sense of accomplishment you get after your done keeps you coming back for more. Today, a brisk walk, tomorrow a 5K! Keep up the good work, and remember how you feel at this moment.
