Good Morning,


I worked hard yesterday. I limited my eatting a great deal. I also worked out on the treadmil like35 min. I also drank lots of water. I ram before bed last night in the back yard. About 13 minute. Thats gonna be my new spot. Yes i weighed in this morning at 229.4. From 251 at the beginning of Summer. Thats really good. But I canbt get lazy and start eatting a bunch. I got to push
