Well my diet was supposed to start on Friday... It didn't go well over the weekend. Having mum's seafood chicken and chips followed by a bottle of coke ruined it! The rest of the weekend I was pretty good. Though no exercise friday or saturday. Did the Rampart with Tara and Lyn Sunday morning, then stuffed ourselves at our fam BBQ then did Kickboxing last night. 2 hours straight of cardio and abs! I struggles with the abs section but hopefully I will get better. My arms are so sore today! Today I have been good so far. Coffee at breakfast, half a bowl of tuna and salad at 10am and the other half at 1pm. Trying to drink lots of water today. See how things go this week, need to stuck into the gym again. One month to lose 4 kilos and tone my body for the photoshoot is going to be hard!
