yesterday i cheated and the food was so greasy that my stomach hurt a lot.so never again.my body is getting use to eating healthy.im still getting use to eating healthy and portion size.but i feel im getting better.i started my day with a 30 min walk/run aroind the block.walk 1 min run 1 min is good.i still have to do my 25 crunches today.and i will do it before lunch.im still trying to recover from this morning.but im happy.
