First entry,

Last night we went to a party and I ate things I normally don't. My tummy hurts quite a bit and I didn't sleep a wink last night. I forgot how unpleasant deep-fried things make me feel (even in tiny quantities).

I'm going to hit the gym.

Thanks for checking. I pretty much just took it easy after my workout. I learned my lesson, there are some things that are no good even in moderation ;)
