Okay so take one look at my food diary and all you see are empty spaces!I have not been keeping track at all....I'm afraid to weigh myself! I will tomorrow morning. I can't get through a workout with stopping and it's not my body so much as it is my mind. I won't be tired, just kind of over it. I've been trying for 3 hours to exercise, I could have been done by now...I've completed 14 minutes of one lol. Okay I'm going to keep trying and go fulfill my craving of peanut butter in the form of Thai peanut butter noodles with chicken and chickpeas in the form of fried chickpea patties with Greek yogurt sauce. Oh intentions. We'll see if all of this gets done :-)
