So what is left? veggies, fruit, grain lentils, fish? Are you going to stay keto level carbs for it? This is to find allergies and intolerances?

Like Liv - I'm wondering what you get to eat. Chicken? Can you stir fry?

What way of eating calls for this?

Find what is causing inflamation. After keto for 10 months, i still have infkamation, so its a matter of figuring out what my body doesnt like. When my dr. Gave me the list, i felt like crying. No bacon??? No steak?? What am i going to eat? So today it is buffalo cooked in duck fat and salmon cooked in duck fat. Broccoli and raddish sauteed for bkfast, and brussle sprouts steamed/browned in duck fat. Adding lamb, diff types of fish and duck, keeping but limiting chicken. My real challenge is getting enough fat with no mayo or ranch or sour cream.

I have a lot of inflammation due to autoimmune issues and serious injury. Try a turmeric supplement with Curcumin and also cook with the spice 😊

Peanut, fat is good and it causes satiety. Not enough fat means i still want to keep eating. Thx jc, i am taking tumeric with cucumin. Yea peep, no mustard, it can cause a histamine reaction, so its on my list. Mustard id my favorite condiment.

Are these things you know affect you? My dr suggests eliminating one or two things at a time. That way it’s easy to figure out what bothers me and what doesn’t. That’s how I figured out which dairy I can eat and that I can’t have milk or bbq sauces. Any brand of bbq sauce :/.

When I was trying to figure out what I was allergic to I was told to do one at a time - otherwise you won't know which of these is the problem!

Good luck with it! I have tolerance levels, but they don't entirely make sense. I can eat a few cheeses but not drink milk; my protein supplement problem seems to be casein but not whey. I can eat an ounce or less of nuts once a week (peanut butter included) but not twice. I can eat up to two thin slices of white bread twice a day, but not whole wheat or wheat germ. I can drink beer but not wine. Dropping those things and getting computer glasses virtually eliminated my headaches, which used to be every day occurrences.

My doctor gave me a list to eliminate all at once also. I was then to add back one thing at a time to see which caused my inflammation

How do you know when the inflammation comes back when you start adding food back in? Is it pain? My inflammation shows in blood work. My doctor gave me an anti inflammation diet to follow. Mostly eliminate processed food and all processed meat. You can find the diet online. And for my type of inflammation the biggest help as far as making the lab test normal is to lose weight and exercise regularly
