Bleh, so much for renewing my exercise schedule... I started off jogging along the "bike path" near work despite the humongous black clouds that were glaring down angrily at me. All was well for about half a mile until I felt a wave of nausea come over me. I had to stop, try and throw up and nothing would come up. How embarrassing. I'm glad the path was pretty much deserted!
I don't know if it was the humidity or the fact that I ate a chicken salad sandwich only an hour before running... or that I had left said chicken salad sandwich on my desk for 2 hours prior to eating it... hmmm... can you get mild food poisoning from eating a warm chicken salad sandwich? Either way, I felt miserable and walked back with my tail between my legs... So much for making a comeback! Maybe chocolate will make me feel better. Only kidding!! LOL
