It's never too late to start taking control of your health and getting the body of your dreams!

"At 85 years old, Eugster was widowed by his second wife, and his muscles had slacked considerably. He had a "pancake butt," as he puts it, and that spurred him into a new pursuit: bodybuilding. Eugster wanted muscle and an Adonis body. He craved strength, a longer life, and the attention of "babes."

Very nice. Gotta love it when they set focus on health, no matter what the age number say. For me, the desire to use the body came after three weeks of high levels of proteins in my diet. Therefore I feel that is a good way to start. Previously I tried hard workouts without focus on proteins, and ended up with hard-to-fix tears in the body. Need a good diet to support hard work.

Not so sure about that unstable exercise for an 85 year old but it's good that he is moving.

Must agree with your assessment, David. I use a balance board my husband made for me. It has a fixed center support. It's designed exactly like the one I used in physical therapy.

If he can do it I have zero excuse for being so inactive. I think I wanted to lose weight first and then gym, but I need to start doing something now. So tired of my bye bye arms🤦🏻‍♀️ well and tummy and legs

jcmama, start at home. Lots of things you can do with some simple handweights or check out the variety of videos available. Come on girlfriend, I am 64 and exercise. You have got this. 💕💕💕🤓💕💕💕

Ok Erquiaga 💕❤️😘 I really was doing so well with squats but I lacked the energy. I do have kettle bells😊😊
20 Sep 19 by member: jcmama777
That's right. Mix in a little variety. Squats are great but killers!!!

I can't begin to tell you how many ways that is just so wrong.
